Turner Advances Inclusion in the Construction Industry

This year's third annual Construction Inclusion Week will be the largest.

Turner Construction Company is one of the founding members of Construction Inclusion Week. During the week, industry participants champion diversity, equity, and inclusion. This year, the themes are Commitment & Accountability, Belonging, Supplier Diversity, Workplace Culture, and Community Engagement.

Construction Inclusion Week has grown considerably from its inaugural year, demonstrating broad commitment to cultivate a culture of inclusion and belonging throughout the construction industry. Last year’s events had double the participation of 2021, and this year is expected to double again. The events feature participation from contractors, suppliers, educational institutions, government agencies, clients, and more. The anticipated reach is more than 750,000 industry workers.

Construction Inclusion Week channels the collective power of general contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to raise awareness and improve diversity and inclusion in the construction industry.
