While Turner is the largest General Contractor in the United States, the Vancouver business unit began in the basement of the father of now-Vice President & General Manager, Amit Patel. As an industry leader with unmatched local tenant improvement experience, Turner’s experience translates into detailed constructability analysis, accurate project scheduling, phasing, and budgeting.
Our familiarity with the site and local market knowledge will drive effective and efficient solutions, schedule, and cost certainty that meet the project objectives. Over the last 12 years, our team has grown the local business from zero to over $350M in revenue annually, completing over 5M SF of interiors work across the lower mainland.
Annually, Turner’s Vancouver BU manages both core and shell and tenant improvement projects ranging from 1,000 - 1,000,0000 SF in size and value of $200,000 up to $350,000,000 supported by over 145 local team members. Our Vancouver office has completed a variety of small and large scale projects across the Lower Mainland and a snapshot of our experience can be found below.

Our leadership team is deeply committed to delivering unmatched client value while also promoting the growth and development of Vancouver, through building trust with clients and business partners, as well as fostering relationships with local trade partners, non-profits, and community organizations.
