These projects include the Qwest Field & Exhibition Center, home of the Seattle Seahawks, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center Campus, the only comprehensive cancer research center in the Northwest, and Two Union Square, which set a world record for concrete core strength. Turner's renovation work includes the Seattle Aquarium and the University of Washington’s historic Suzzallo Library.

Turner is also renovating the world famous Pike Place Market, constructing the Consolidated Rental Car Facility at Sea-Tac International Airport and putting the final touches on the Center for Urban Waters in Tacoma, Wash.
