As the Preconstruction Executive for Turner's Memphis office, Jeff is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of projects in the region. He has been a key player in significant Memphis projects including the Memphis Events and Sports Complex and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center Dental Facility Expansion. Jeff also serves on the University of Memphis Construction Management board, helping influence important decisions for the future workforce of the industry.
