Juli started her 36-year career with Turner as an Administrative Assistant on a project site. Throughout the years, she has served as an admin for the estimating and engineering departments and held multiple roles within the HR department. In her current role, Juli is responsible for all aspects of human resources for the Austin, Houston, and San Antonio business units, including talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, training and education, performance management, coaching, career development, and compliance. Juli belongs to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has held a SHRM Certified Professional certification since 2015.
