Preconstruction Manager
As the Preconstruction Manager Kripa is responsible for overall management and accountability for all preconstruction deliverables including Guaranteed Maximum Prices and Lump Sum bids. After graduating from Virginia Tech, Kripa joined Turner’s Washington D.C. business unit in 2005 and served as Senior Cost Analyst. Kripa served in a variety of roles including Senior Estimator before her appointment to Preconstruction Manager in 2020.
