Paul has a deep understanding of systems and routinely delivers insight toward their constructability, supply chain, and footprint on topics such as embodied carbon, social procurement, and worker health & safety. He publishes the highly followed Quarterly Market Conditions Report with feedback on escalation and lead times of critical labour, materials, and equipment across Ontario.
Paul's career journey began in 2000 when he joined Turner California as a Project Engineer. His dedication and hard work saw him rise through the ranks, becoming a Project Manager in 2007, Senior Project Manager in 2011, and Chief Estimator in 2013. In 2017, he relocated to Toronto and joined the local business unit as Preconstruction Manager. His exceptional work ethic and results-driven approach led to his transition as Project Executive in 2022.
