​Colleen brings to her role of HR Human Resources Director almost 25 years as a Human Resources professional. Formerly a vice president of human resources at Toll Brothers, Colleen joined Turner’s Philadelphia business unity in early 2020, and quickly became an integral part of the Turner team. Colleen manages human resources for both the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh business units. A strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a positive influencer, Colleen sees Turner’s employees as her clients. To be successful in her role, Colleen strives to be viewed as not only a trusted resource, but also a valued partner. She lives by the philosophy that every day presents us with a new beginning, and that regardless of what has happened today or yesterday, tomorrow is an opportunity to start again with a new and positive mindset. Colleen belongs to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of SHRM (SEPA SHRM). She has held a SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification since 2017.
