Adaptive Biotechnologies headquarters is an 80,000 sq. ft. office/lab tenant improvement. Adaptive is the solo tenant of this 5-story building at 1165 Eastlake in South Lake Union. The project includes two below-grade parking levels, a high-end lobby and common space finishes, a 70/30 office/lab split, and a roof deck. Features of the TI include radiused glass, vertical and horizontal wood paneling, mobile lab benches, and a custom guardrail at the interconnecting stair.
