University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, Business Learning Community, Phase III

A space with modern classrooms, spacious auditoriums, and state-of-the-art labs

Turner constructed the project directly adjacent to, and ties into, the College of Business's Phase II project, completed by Turner two years earlier. The buildings feature three auditoriums, undergraduate classrooms, comuter labs, staff offices, technology labs, and eight interview suites.

Turner constructed the project on a very tight site, bound by public roadways on the east, south, and west sides and the occupied Phase II buildings to the north, not allowing on-site material lay down. The project team developed an extensive site logistics plan using a lean approach to construct the very labor-intensive facade. All materials were brought in on carts for easy movement on the site, ensuring no materials touched the ground.
