The project was the fit out of a 3 story, 200,000 sq. ft. building at 100 Tice Blvd. in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Work consisted of a complete rebuild of the building interior, including open seating style workstations, new huddle rooms, phone booths, conference rooms, an Executive Leadership Team Suite, electric infrastructure upgrades, all new IT, AV and Security systems, and new interconnecting stair between floors, 1, 2 and 3, and a “town hall” type platform with a full video wall, (6) new pantries, a Grab G Go food service area and mini-prep kitchen, and a fully functional photo studio with dressing room and make up areas.
