This 63,000 sq. ft. education building located on the North Carolina Research Campus includes classrooms, laboratories, offices, and various multi-use spaces and student hubs. The education building provides spaces for students to get real-life training experience in Biotechnology.
The Biotechnology Training Center is a three-floor facility that is a “hands-on realistic training environment.” The training center hosts ten classrooms, ten laboratories, faculty and staff offices, a community event room, library, multiple conference rooms, distance-education and video conferencing capabilities, and a student center.
