The state-of-the-art production facility sits on a 240-acre campus and includes 610,000 sq. ft. of production, 375,000 sq. ft. of mezzanine support, 17,400 sq. ft. welcome center, 45,000 sq. ft. delivery center and a 20,000 sq.ft. central utility plant.
The Production Floor final assembly and delivery operation is supported by fully operational administrative, personnel support, mechanical, and shop spaces located on five mezzanine levels running the long building dimension of each side. and electrical services from the new Central Utilities Building. The massive project incorporated a number of sustainable elements and achieved LEED Gold certification. The project also included the 17,000 sq. ft. Welcome Center and the 45,000 sq. ft. Delivery Center. Since completion of the original project, Turner has completed additional projects on campus.
