Located in the heart of downtown Houston, the new 170,000 sq. ft. space includes an interconnecting staircase linking two of the six floors that were built-out within the 53-story the Heritage Plaza building. The new facilities include a mix of private and open office along with large open collaboration and amenities spaces coming off the elevator lobbies on each of the six floors. The project also includes the client’s first next-generation innovation lab, an interactive space designed to provide an immersive experience which will inspire, accelerate innovation, and solve their client’s toughest challenges. As one of our oldest and most valued national clients, the new Houston offices represented the 90th project that (Confidential) entrusted Turner to successfully deliver. Turner had previously built (Confidential)’s leadership development center, one of their most significant construction projects to date.
