The Dexter Yard project was a complete redevelopment of the existing Dexter Yard site. The design consists of three (3) levels of underground parking, on-street retail, and podium level, and two (2) adjacent Class A 14-story towers. Dexter Yard also offers an open block campus delivering an environment for companies to attract talent, innovate and grow. Its open, community-centric design invites people to connect and enjoy themselves within a work & play environment. It offers fifteen (15) floors of tenant opportunity, on-site retail, and the Fieldhouse, a 5,500 sq. ft. multi-use space located on the SW corner, offering the ability to play, entertain, and learn.
Key aspects of the project include rooftop amenity spaces, green roofs, bike facilities, separate tower lobbies, upgrades to major underground utilities, and two connecting sky bridges.
