A State-of-the-Art Facility Centered on Community and Accessible Healthcare

The Eskenazi Health Thomas & Arlene Grande Campus, opened in 2024, stands as a groundbreaking health center on the east side of Indianapolis.  Designed with significant community engagement, this state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, accessible healthcare and social services in a single, integrated location.

The campus features a fully equipped dental suite with eight exam chairs and X-ray capability. It includes 72 exam rooms dedicated to a wide range of  primary care services for adults, children, and teens, as well as mental health and OB/GYN care. Thirty consultation rooms are available for Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Care services,  dietitian consultations, social work, the Eskenazi Health Medical-Legal Partnership, and various research initiatives.

A large community center within the facility offers a multipurpose space, a teaching kitchen for community health and cooking workshops, a café, and offices for community collaborators. The campus also provides comprehensive physical therapy and rehabilitation services.The Women, Infants, and Children (W.I.C.) program features six consultation rooms and a B.A.B.E. store, delivering essential early life resources. Additionally, the Imaging Services suite includes advanced diagnostic tools such as X-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, and ultrasound rooms.  The Optometry and Optical Suite offers three exam rooms and a wide selection of frames and contact lenses.

A small urban farm on the premises provides fresh produce, contributing to the community’s health and nutrition. Overall, the Grande Campus serves as more than just a healthcare facility; it is a vibrant community hub that fosters education, collaboration, and wellness in the Indianapolis area.
