Turner delivered Great Wolf Lodge’s second Texas location on a 27-acre site in Webster, TX – marking the company’s 12th collaboration with the brand. Anchoring the city’s new Flyway District, the 560,000 sq. ft. resort was built in three segments: a seven-story Hotel and Conference Center with over 500 themed guest suites, 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, dining, retail, and support areas; a centrally located Family Entertainment Center featuring expanded dining, an arcade, bowling, laser tag, mini golf, and the signature MagiQuest game; and a signature Indoor Waterpark with 13 slides, three pools, two interactive play zones, and the Otter Care Waterworks – a multi-level play structure with spray jets, four body slides, and a 1,000-gallon tipping bucket. Together, these spaces create a next-generation family resort experience blending adventure, entertainment, and hospitality.
