Hertz Corporation Global Headquarters

The Hertz Corporation Global Headquarters project consists of a new 3-story, 302,260 SF office building that includes open office space, collaboration space, executive offices, telecommunication room, cafeteria, showroom, and gym. The project also consists of a 305,000 SF, 3 level, 900 space parking garage along with additional surface parking spaces and a 5,000 sq. ft. sales and rental center on approximately 34 acres. Included in the scope of work is all associated site work and roadway improvement. The team received the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy days 32 early. This project is LEED Gold Certified.
