Gensler
Turner completed the interior build-out of 6-floors totaling 185,000 sq. ft., as well as a 35,000 sq. ft. bank located in the building's first floor lobby. The new space includes open floor plans designed to foster collaboration and team building amongst the BBVA Compass employees. The space also includes multiple large video and multimedia conference rooms, a data center with raised-access flooring, workrooms, large flexible training spaces, and high-density file rooms. Amenities include a fitness center and employee cafes on each floor.
Designed with a multitude of sustainable materials and enhanced by sustainable construction means and methods, the build-out achieved LEED CI Gold Certification.
