This project was a second-generation tenant improvement on the 13th and 14th floors of the Denver Energy Center building in Downtown Denver. The building was occupied throughout construction and scope included demolition and construction of new walls, doors, millwork, ceilings, electrical, HVAC, and finishes. The project also included new accessible restrooms on the 14th floor.
