This 36,000 sq. ft. two-floor fit-out is located in downtown Seattle in the Rainier Square Tower. The floors have a variety of spaces, including a hub space (pantry) per floor, the main conference facility, a multi-purpose room with operable partitions, several conference rooms of various sizes and functionality, a LAN room with (1) satellite location, open plan office areas, private offices, collaboration spaces, and office support spaces. The Hub includes a sink, appliances, and vending. The project also has additional restrooms, a Mother’s room, and a privacy room.
