Turner provided project and construction management services for the Cantara Residences.
Cantara Residences consist of 888 units of serviced apartment and 13 units of retails with Green Building Index (GBI) Gold Certification. It offers units with built-up ranging from 650 square feet to 1500 square feet that span four 24-story towers, connected by an iconic dwelling bridge and large podium. The development provides a range of amenities including fitness and wellness facilities such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, spa and sauna, and basketball and futsal courts, in addition to multipurpose halls, covered parking, and 24-hour security surveillance

Cantara Residences won the 2020 Engineering News Record (ENR) Global Best Project Award in the residential/hospitality category.
Measuring 168 meters long, the double-story Sky Bridge was recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records as ‘The Longest Residential Sky Bridge’ in the country shortly after Cantara Residences was completed in May 2020.
