Merdeka 118 is a geometrically intricate 118-story office and hotel tower that will house the headquarters of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), one of Malaysia's top investment firms. Turner is managing the construction of the tower, as well as providing project management services for the multilevel retail mall, residence towers, and infrastructure portions of the development. 

The Merdeka 118 Tower is the second-tallest building in the world and the tallest building in Malaysia, with a completed height of 678.9 meters. The tower will include 83 floors of premium office space. Meanwhile, the Park Hyatt luxury hotel will occupy the top 16 floors, with around 250 guestrooms and suites designed to embrace the unparalleled sweeping views of the city skyline. The hotel will also offer approximately 1,850 square meters of conference and event space. The 150,000 square feet mall will provide space for more than 328 stores and will serve to connect the Merdeka 118 tower with the accompanying smaller residential towers. 

Set in a prime location, Merdeka 118 is directly integrated with all the rail networks in the city with the Merdeka MRT, two LRT stations, and the monorail. In its entirety, the Merdeka 118 Development will be one of the largest projects ever undertaken in Malaysia.
