Maryland Auto Insurance Headquarters

Historic Office Building Fit-Out

After completing preconstruction and slab repair work, Turner completed the fit-out of this 60,000 sq. ft. warm shell space for the relocation of the Maryland Auto Insurance Headquarters. The finished space, built in a historic office building in Locust Point, is LEED Silver and includes a 1,000 sq. ft. data center and new intercommunicating stair.

Dynamic workspace design

The program included open offices, kitchen, conference and collaboration spaces on the third and fourth floors of the building, highlighted with significant skylighting.
