The Press Room Café was a 3,000 sq. ft. build-out inside an existing parking garage connected to the 615 West Lafayette Building in downtown Detroit. It involved converting a portion of the garage into new tenant space including defined walls, storefront windows, exterior doors, MEP infrastructure, polished concrete floors, and a connection into the main building. The new Café features ample seating, coffee house, grill, Italian pizza oven, dry goods, branded items, and cooled items for sale. Items are purchased via an automated point of sale system.
