Ghafari Associates LLC
The Navistar truck assembly plant is comprised of four buildings: a general assembly building, logistics warehouse, paint building, and body shop. The plant was built on a green field site in an undeveloped area of San Antonio, requiring new power, water, gas, data, and roads to be installed and brought in from great distances. Through meticulous planning, the project delivered a fully occupiable campus, ready to produce sellable trucks in only fourteen months. The new 1,000,000 sq. ft. campus produces Class 6-8 vehicles, including electric vehicle models. Production at the facility began in early 2022, bringing more than 600 jobs to San Antonio.
