BERGMAN ASSOCIATES
A ground-up construction project for a 3,300 sq. ft. retail bank space with driveup ATM. Turner completed the 203 day schedule build on time despite building during a difficult supply-chain environment. The project team achieved milestone of turning over a functional Data Room 45 days prior to the facility turnover. The scope of work also included earthwork and utilities on a greenfield site, installation of large underground storm water detention basin, and a concrete parking lot. The project was located in the busy Shadow Lake shopping center, which required detailed coordination with neighboring businesses.
