Turner provided construction management services to rebuild the Orlando Citrus Bowl Stadium into a venue capable of hosting world-class events. The Turner team completed this $160 million project in only twelve months. The Citrus Bowl offers an enhanced fan experience at every level, with wider, chair-back seating, concessions areas and restrooms, and club and premium spaces throughout the building. This venue has allowed Orlando to pursue more high-profile sports tourism events such as neutral-site college football games, NFL preseason games, international soccer matches, and big-name concerts. Renovations included lower and mid-level seating bowls, 360-degree club level with club spaces and associated seats on each of the sidelines, build-out of concourses, stairs and ramps solely serving this level, concessions, restrooms, kitchens, locker rooms and supporting areas for the seating bowls, and club and premium spaces throughout the building. Additional scopes of work includes waterproofing to the upper seating bowl and associated repairs, technology enhancements including video displays, exterior facade enhancements, and infrastructure and site development.
