At six stories, the 92,000 sq. ft. mass timber, industrial style office building was among the largest commercial office buildings at the time of it’s completion. Thorough preconstruction planning enabled the 100 year old engineering approach to be built to modern building codes and practices. The building achieved LEED Gold status by sourcing local timber, preserving award winning graffiti and using the remaining historic building walls to lend authenticity to the structure. Turner also provided construction services for the 61,292 sq. ft. subsequent build-out for phase one of Simple Finance’s headquarter space that featured open work space, conference rooms and nooks, a game room, and a large rooftop deck.
