AC Martin Partners, Inc.
This 950,000 sq. ft. 25-story structure included a below-grade basement, office building situated in the heart of downtown Sacramento. The building serves as the headquarters for its anchor tenant, the California Environmental Protection Agency. The building features state-of-the-art telecommunications and mechanical/ electrical systems, such as temperature control and security systems. Special features also include photovoltaic panels on the low-rise roof, 4,000 sq. ft. daycare center, central cafeteria, public auditorium, and bicycle space. This project was awarded LEED-EB Platinum by the USGBC.
