Terremark Data Center

Powering the Digital Age

Turner provided general contracting services to a 43,000 sq. ft. Tier III data center. The project consisted of the demolition and full construction within the confines of the existing tilt-up walls. During the course of construction, the project team uncovered Native American artifacts. In anticipation of this, the project site was blessed prior to construction. When artifacts were uncovered, the on-site archeologists documented, cataloged and removed them. At the completion of the project, the artifacts were returned and placed in a special area on site during a blessing ceremony.
