Skylight is a 120,000 sq. ft., timber framed creative office building and the second project completed on the Electric Blocks in Portland. Skylight features unique, 30,000 sq. ft. floor plates with abundant natural light and a variety of innovative design features. Occupants feel the benefit of a raised-floor HVAC system that delivers high-efficiency, superior user comofrt and longer term flexibility. The building received it's name for the light-filled workspaces and common spaces designed to bring people together. The second phase of the Simple TI was built-out over the first two floors of Skylight.
The tenant improvement included raised access flooring throughout, a wooden ampitheater for large meetings, conference room and high-end kitchen.
