The Collective at Playa Vista

Mass Timber Creative Office Campus

The Collective is made up of five Class A creative office buildings consisting of pre-cast concrete and wood framing, clad with rolled metal paneling and glass curtain walls. The interiors of these two-floor buildings have amazing heights up to 21 feet to create a feeling of spaciousness, while open floor plans and rows of skylights make the interior seem even larger. The concrete and wood exterior melds with interiors of steel columns, wood flooring and exposed roof framing to create an inviting yet industrial feel, complementing the landscaped grounds and private garden patios. The Collective achieved LEED Gold certification.
