Zurich Toronto Head Office & Call Centre

Totalling over 110,000 sq. ft. of high-end commercial office build-out space in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, Turner transformed four (4) floors using multiple phases within Zurich’s existing spaces at First Canadian Place. The project’s scope of work included high-end lobbies, elevator bays, private offices, an abundance of open-concept flexible work stations, touch-down work stations, supply rooms, communal cafes for every floor, state-of-the-art board rooms, meeting rooms with flexible/operable partitions and a 24/7-no interruptions Call Centre. HVAC upgrades were strategically coordinated to support high capacity communication rooms in addition to high security systems integration and high capacity UPS systems.
