Turner Construction Company provided construction management services for the remodel of an existing office space to relocate their Iowa office and support the growth of the business unit. Renovations included minor demolition, updating finishes, new millwork, IT cabling, HVAC and furniture. The newly renovated space provides modern amenities and allows for greater collaboration amongst teams. The office features secured access, open office spaces as well as private offices, state of the art conference rooms, natural light, large kitchenette, welcoming lobby, spaces for employee gatherings, as well as a private wellness room.
