Nestlé partnered with Turner as the project management consultant for the fit-out works of its next-generation office projects on both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. These projects reflect Nestlé’s vision of flexibility, digitalization, and sustainability, with a strong focus on the employee experience.
Designed to support hybrid working models, Nestlé Türkiye’s two new head offices feature open-plan layouts, advanced technological infrastructure, and vibrant social spaces that foster collaboration, employee well-being, and productivity. This approach brings Nestlé’s “Creating Shared Value” philosophy to life within the built environment.
Both workplaces incorporate dedicated brand zones integrated into the open-plan layout, creating dynamic and cohesive environments that reflect Nestlé’s corporate identity and values. By combining global expertise with local insight, Turner successfully delivered both projects within a short timeframe—without compromising on quality, health and safety, cost or functionality.
