Turner provided project and construction management services for Bitexco Financial Tower, a 68-story office tower in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The building is currently the 4th* tallest in the country at 262.5 meters and comprises a total gross area of 1 million square feet including 410,000 square feet of office space, a five-story retail podium, and seven screens multiplex cinema from ground to 4th floors. On floor 49, at a height of 178 meters, there is an observation deck open to the public and a helicopter pad cantilevers from the 52nd floor to resemble a blossoming lotus bud. The tower is shaped like a lotus to symbolize Ho Chi Minh City's prosperity.
