Brian is responsible for leading the efforts of our procurement team, managing key subcontractor relationships, bid package coordination, pre-bid conferences, outreach programs, and bid evaluations to maximize competition of our subcontractors in the bidding process and provide greater opportunities for our HUB/SMWBE partners. His more than 30 years in the industry have allowed him to fine-tune skills in balancing scope, workforce, pricing, bonding, and insurance requirements and knowledge of trade partners' past performance to ensure the best quality, cost-conscious results.
Brian holds a Bachelor's of Science in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
