Candace Yearwood

Candace Ciasullo-Yearwood is a Business Development Manager for xPL Offsite, a subsidiary of Turner Construction Company, where she leads strategic client engagement and growth efforts for Turner’s offsite manufacturing and prefabrication solutions. Candace plays a key role in connecting clients with innovative, scalable approaches to construction that prioritize safety, speed, and quality through offsite delivery.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Candace has built a reputation for her client-focused mindset, deep understanding of project strategy, and ability to translate complex needs into targeted solutions. 

Candace began her career with Turner in 2007 and has held several leadership roles within the New York Business Unit before transitioning to her current position at xPL Offsite. Her background in architecture and field operations gives her a well-rounded perspective that informs her approach to both client relationships and solution development.

Candace is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Architecture in 2013. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Keith, and son.
