Carl is a seasoned construction leader with a long career in the industry and decades of service with Turner. He joined Turner in 1997 as a Project Manager and went on to lead preconstruction efforts for projects across New York State before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2003, where he was responsible for day to day operations across Upstate New York.
In 2012, Carl was promoted to Vice President and General Manager for the upstate New York offices, providing strategic direction and operational oversight across the region. His leadership emphasizes disciplined planning, clear communication, and consistent execution grounded in safety, quality, and schedule certainty.
Carl is also a strong advocate for community involvement and regularly volunteers with local not for profits, including the Regional Food Bank and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
