As the Vice President and General Manager for Turner Construction Company’s upstate New York offices, Carl is responsible for all projects across northern New York.
Carl has over 33 years of experience in the construction industry including over 25 years with the Albany office of Turner Construction Company. Carl began his career with Turner in 1997 as a Project Manager. He was then promoted to Preconstruction Manager for projects across New York State. In 2003, Carl was promoted to Operations Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations for Turner in upstate New York. Carl was promoted to his current position of Vice President & General Manager for New York North in 2012. Carl is a strong advocate of community involvement and regularly volunteers with local not-for-profits including the Regional Food Bank and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
