Chase Luft

Chase Luft is the Special Projects Division (SPD) Manager for Turner’s Dallas Business Unit. Chase provides leadership for interior buildouts, tenant improvements, and specialty small to mid-sized ground-up projects.

As the SPD Manager, Chase will provide executive oversight and manage all resources provided by Turner during the preconstruction and construction phases of the project. He will be responsible for all operations, including contract negotiations, client services, project quality, schedule, and profitability. 

With 15 years in the construction industry, Chase’s experience encompasses a range of market segments and project types. He consistently drives results while maintaining the right environment and leading with composure and respect. As SPD Manager, Chase is excited to continue growing the next generation of professionals within Turner while ensuring Dallas remains a significant player in Dallas/Fort Worth.
