Drake establishes the right environment for Turner project teams to ensure the meeting of safety, quality, and ethical and compliance requirements. Drake joined Turner in 2010 and has held various positions, most recently overseeing strategic growth, securing and launching significant projects throughout the region; advocating for collaborative project delivery methods; and leading as a community steward by volunteering his time to local outreach programs and initiatives. Passionate about building high performing teams, changing the way we work and redefining Design-Build, Drake is a firm believer in building people through a culture of caring.
In addition to his leadership at work, Drake finds time to make a difference within the community. He serves as Board Chair for the CREATE Mentoring Program for the SRBX Construction Industry Education Foundation. He has a passion for educating and inspiring local high school students to pursue career pathways which create the built environment.
