Special Projects Division Operations Manager

Ethan is responsible for the operational leadership of all SPD Projects from preconstruction phase through final completion. Beyond project leaders, Ethan is integrated with our estimating, purchasing, and preconstruction managers to ensure effective launch, safe execution, and on-time completion for all SPD Projects. Ethan started working for Turner in 2013. After serving in engineering and superintending roles, he led Preconstruction and Estimating for our Special Projects Division. In 2022 Ethan was promoted to his current responsibilities for building teams and helping our projects excel operationally.
