After working as an architect for six years, Victor joined Turner's New York business unit in 2014. In New York’s Interiors Division, Victor served as a Superintendent and an Engineer across multiple projects. Victor moved to the Bay Area in 2018 and took on SPD Projects as both Superintendent and Project Manager. Victor is an Associate Board Member for the Bay Area Chapter. He is also a member of the Oakland Chamber of Commerce’s DE&I Committee
