Boston
Alison works with project teams to create project-specific outreach strategies that integrate the community into projects being built in their neighborhood. Through this work, she helps to create intentional opportunities for qualified MBEs, WBEs, and small businesses and teams to partner with pre-apprenticeship programs and trade partners to facilitate a more diverse, local workforce onsite. This also connectd Turner staff with local non-profit organizations and provides opportunities for students to engage and learn about potential careers within the construction industry.
Alison is a current Board Member for the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston and former President of the board. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the West End House Boys and Girls Club, the Partner Advisory Committee for Building Pathways Building Trades Pre-Apprenticeship Program, the Steering Committee for Massachusetts Girls in Trades, and the Thompson Island Outward Bound 4K Trail Run Committee.
