Kelly joined Turner in 2005 and has since earned the distinct title of Project Executive. A 4th-generation lifelong resident of Fresno County, Kelly brings over 42 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. Her leadership style is rooted in effective communication, innovative conflict resolution, and a steadfast commitment to the success.
Kelly’s passion stems from growing up and raising a family in the Central Valley, where she credits many of their successes from. This has translated to building essential facilities in the region that offer educational and healthcare services and supporting non-profit organizations in the community, such as Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley.
