Martine provides leadership and strategic direction and control over construction planning, project execution, risk management, and resource management. Martine joined Turner in 2000 as a Project Manager in the Seattle office’s Special Projects Division (SPD) and has since held operations positions including Superintendent, Purchasing Agent, Procurement Manager and SPD Manager. She was promoted to Vice President and General Manager in 2020 for the San Diego business unit. Her experience includes high-end tenant improvements, life science projects, residential/hotel towers, office buildings and aviation projects.
