Nigel Carter

As the Project Executive, Nigel provides executive management oversight and control for all of his project staff’s construction management services. He is
responsible for all operations including contract negotiations, client services, preconstruction, project quality, schedule and profitability, and safety.

Nigel joined Turner’s Ohio office in 2007 as an Assistant Superintendent. He held a variety of roles serving as Superintendent, Project Manager and Project Executive. He has worked on projects that transform the Columbus skyline such as the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute and National Veteran's Memorial & Museum. Nigel has a passion for spreading industry knowledge - he is also an Adjunct Professor at the Ohio State University College of Engineering.
