Sam Sharp

​The son of a plumber, Sam’s passion for construction is in his DNA. His entrepreneurial spirit first flourished when he began a driveway sealcoating business while still in high school. Quality-driven and highly organized, Sam brings a unique combination of leadership, enthusiasm and technical competence to ensure an effective, well-run office. A long-standing client has said of Sam, “even when ideas were unfamiliar or unpopular, Sam expressed them in a way that built commitment within the team.”

A highlight of Sam's career was serving as the Project Manager for the Simon Skodjt International Orangutan Center at the Indianapolis Zoo. Not only was the team incredible to work with, but the challenges of building a safe and beautiful facility that supports the intelligence and strength of a great ape are perfect fuel for a problem-solver. What is most special about the project, however, is his ability to take his daughters to the zoo and say, “daddy and his friends built that."

Sam earned his BS in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three girls.
