Tim utilizes his extensive knowledge to forge relationships with key stakeholders and to ensure all Project Team Members have a voice, and is an advocate during both pre-construction and construction.
Most notably, Tim and Pre-construction Manager Tom Schmitt have spent more than a decade working together with clients and their respective design teams, pushing and pulling design scenarios until the right solution emerges, engineering value into the scope and delivering GMPs within allotted budgets.
His client on a large arena renovation said Tim did, “a tremendous job in maintaining maximum flexibility, with contractor work being performed on time and within budget even with numerous interruptions resultant from Athletic Department requests or minor delays and sequence changes due to Athletic operations of games, events and practices.”
Tim earned his BS in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University and has been with Turner for more than 20 years. He resides in Westfield with his wife and their two children.
