Tim Krueckeberg

Tim brings deep industry knowledge and a collaborative approach to every project, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring every member of the project team has a voice. He is a trusted advocate for clients from preconstruction through construction.

Over the past decade, Tim has partnered closely with Senior Preconstruction Manager Tom Schmitt, working alongside clients and design teams to refine concepts, evaluate options, and arrive at the right solutions. Together, they consistently engineer value into the scope and deliver GMPs aligned with project budgets.

On a recent large-scale arena renovation, a client noted that Tim did “a tremendous job maintaining maximum flexibility, with contractor work performed on time and within budget despite numerous interruptions and sequencing changes driven by ongoing athletic events and operations.”

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University and has been with Turner for more than 20 years. He lives in Westfield with his wife and two children.
